We are aware of the importance of on-time delivery, fresh flowers and the joy they bring.
We also know that every product we deliver conveys a special message to someone.
We work with local florists in the city of Miami, so we can carefully control and distribute your orders with love and care, ensuring that the flowers and gifts always look their best.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the result or the person who receives the flowers is not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us through our online stores in the form of contact us or through our e-mail address doralroses@gmail.com
Since these are perishable products, your request must be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, to request an exchange or refund you must send us the damaged product, we believe in the good faith of our customers, but it is a requirement to give continuity to the due process in the exchange or refund of your money.
Price increase request:
On some rare occasions, we may have to contact you to authorize an increase in the price of the order in order to deliver the flowers.
Working with local florists has great advantages in terms of quality and deadlines, however, in some rare cases, the local florist may be subject to certain restrictions:
1. If the delivery address of the order is a remote location and the florist's staff needs to apply an additional long distance fee.
2. If some items run out of stock or market prices suddenly increase due to local seasonal changes.
3. If market prices for special events or occasions increase above the additional value we advertise.
4. If, for any other reason, it is necessary to increase the price in order to process the order correctly.
5. In any case, we will try to contact you to confirm if you wish to add the requested amount or cancel the order.
If you prefer to cancel your order, we will refund you the full amount.
Exceptions:
doralroses.com and doralroses.miami is not responsible for:
a. Flowers, plants and canned goods delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the sender.
b. Deliveries that cannot be made because, at the time of delivery, the addressee is not present at the address provided by the sender.
c. Lower quality of flowers and plants due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the sender or a modification of the shipping address requested by the sender.
d. Problems with the quality of flowers and plants when delivery is delayed because the sender requires the signature of the receiver.
e. Problems with the quality of flowers and plants due to poor care and conditions in which our products and those of our third parties must be handled, cared for and maintained, as they are perishable and require a high level of care.

Complaints:
Any possible complaints should be submitted along with the order number, sender's details, recipient information and digital photographs clearly showing the product and time of delivery.
Any complaints should be sent as soon as possible after the delivery date and within 24 hours after delivery at the latest.
This factor is very important, since it will allow us to properly study the complaint with our florists and domiciliary, after this date, we will not be able to study any complaint.
