Pricing, Payments and Ordering. We recognize the importance of your privacy and employ SSL during transactions. We use several payment processors. You can use your PayPal, Shopify Payments or Zelle account to place an order with us.

Please refer to the privacy notices and terms of use of their websites regarding the use of your information and any changes to your PayPal or Zelle account.

Our prices and features are subject to change upon at least 30 days' notice, and such notice will be provided at any time by posting the changes on the Site.

Refunds and Returns. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any complaints or problems, please report the problem within twenty-four hours (24Hrs) after the requested delivery date, and we will do our best to correct any problems to your satisfaction.

It is at our sole discretion to provide a refund or an equivalent reasonable flower arrangement or gift basket as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes. Floral arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two will be alike. We do our best to make your order as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions, but in some cases, this may vary.

To ensure that your order is delivered on the date you requested, we may make changes and substitutions to your order. We strive to ensure that the replacement item is as close as possible to the order.

In assorted flower arrangements, we will use the colors shown online if possible, even if it means using flowers of equal or greater value. For unique flower arrangements, such as roses, sunflowers or lilies, we will do our best to match the type of flower, but may substitute a different color.

Deliveries. In general, if you place your order before 5 p.m. Eastern Time, we offer same day delivery in Doral, Miami, Miami Beach, Hialeah, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall, Downtown Miami, Little Havana; For the areas around the above mentioned within Miami there is an additional delivery charge.

Orders are generally delivered between 8 am and 10 pm local Miami time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will use our best judgment to decide on the safety of the delivery, leave the flowers and/or gift basket with a neighbor, and we will reattempt delivery again, or we may contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

PS FLOWERS AND GIFTS LLC will make every effort to deliver the floral arrangement and/or gift basket on the requested day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time, due to various circumstances. If the delivery address is or appears to be incorrect, we may contact the recipient to confirm the address.

During important holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Love and Friendship Day, our delivery time may vary and we may deliver (if necessary) your order a day earlier, to ensure that all orders are delivered on time.

Currency:

Orders will always be invoiced in the local currency of the store U.S. Dollars when the purchase is made with foreign currency; doralroses.com y doralroses.miami adjusts its prices in other currencies to exchange rates on a daily basis, but these conversions are only approximate.

doralroses.com y doralroses.miami will not be responsible for any currency exchange differences or fees charged by your bank. To see the exact price of an item, check the price option in another currency or consult the currency exchange converter of your choice.

Cancellation policy:

In the event that you wish to cancel an order, we will refund the amount of your order in accordance with the penalties listed below:

Please note that these products are made from perishable items such as flowers and have a limited life span.

1. The total amount will be refunded minus 10% of the value in U.S. Dollars if cancellation is requested up to two (2) days prior to the delivery date of the order.

2. Full refund minus 25% of the U.S. dollar value if cancellation is requested. up to 24 hours before the delivery date of the order.

Any commissions, fees or currency conversion costs incurred will be deducted from the reimbursement. doralroses.com y doralroses.miami during the transaction. For gift baskets, please refer to the “Gift Baskets” section at the end of this document.

In case of duplicate order:

If you place two or more identical orders, we will refund the full amount of the duplicate order, provided the local florist has not created and delivered the item.

If the local florist delivers the item, we will not be able to refund the amount of the duplicate order. In this casedoralroses.com y doralroses.miami will not be responsible for any duplicate orders.

Gift baskets, boquetes or prepared bouquets:

Responsibilities

doralroses.com y doralroses.miami declines any responsibility in relation to deliveries that could not be made when:

1. The customer provides an incorrect or old address.

2. The recipient of the gift is on vacation or is not at home repeatedly at least 1 time at home or delivery.

3. Customer fails to promptly (within 24 hours) provide a correct/new address for delivery.

4. If the shipping company is forced to return a gift to us after trying to deliver it twice for any of the reasons mentioned above, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, as well as the return and cancellation costs (but not the gift).

However, The Flower Shop PS FLOWERS & GIFTS LLC will resend the gift to a new address if the customer requests it and if he/she agrees to bear the shipping and handling costs for the second time, in this case, he/she will not be charged for the return and cancellation costs.

doralroses.com y doralroses.miami shall not be liable for any material, physical or any other type of damage, nor for any loss caused to the customer or third parties caused by the consumption or use of the articles, especially if they are with additional fruits, chocolates, macaroons.

In relation to food, doralroses.com y doralroses.miami recommends that people suffering from allergies, diabetes or any other health problem read and follow label directions carefully.

Invalid credit card information:

If the payment or credit card information is incorrect or invalid, we will not be able to process the order.

We will try get in touch with you to correct the data, but, in any case, you will be responsible for any problems that may arise after providing incorrect information.

About currency exchange on our site:

“By using our website”, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.

You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically deleted when you close your browser).
