The 100% satisfaction guarantee is applicable under the following conditions:

Delivery address:

When placing an order, you must fill in all fields, including the recipient's telephone number. Do not use addresses where you believe the recipient will not be present for most of the day.

Delivery time:

Delivery of the “Flower Collection” orders on the same day as long as the order is placed before the cut-off times indicated by the system throughout the purchase process; even for some cities it is possible to deliver on Sundays, as long as a delivery date has been specified specifying the day and with the required anticipation for the reservation of the flowers for the floral arrangement.

Morning deliveries are guaranteed when the order has been placed at least one day in advance.

The delivery time of the gift baskets, wine baskets, boxes of chocolates, tins, bonsai and all products that are not a bouquet of flowers may vary according to the product, the supplier as well as the country of destination.

Normally these products can be delivered the next day. For this, we use the services of a sub-contracted courier company.

Unfortunately, with this type of service, we cannot guarantee the date and time of delivery. These deadlines are indicated throughout the purchase process.

Products and images:

Products only include the components listed in the product description. Vases and other components are not included unless mentioned in the product description and are only used to display the product.

In the product photographs, the bouquets are always presented in the photo, Product photographs are a representation of the floral arrangements and may vary. (see Substitution Policy below).

Substitution policy:

Roses will never be substituted for other flowers or floral products without sending prior notification.

The floral arrangements are unique and handmade, therefore, no two bouquets can be identical, on our part, we do our best to make your order as close as possible to the photos and product descriptions.

In some cases, some components may not be available from local florists, if so, will be automatically replaced by items of equivalent or higher value.

We will respect at all times the value and concept of the product you have selected.

If the local florist is out of stock of an added product, we will add the amount paid for this component to the total value of the flowers and create a larger bouquet.

Deadline for deliveries:

doralroses.com y doralroses.miami guarantees delivery of bouquets for a specific day up to 10 days in advance, however, we cannot guarantee (within this order period) that delivery will be made at a specific time of day.

In some cases, we will contact the recipient by telephone to ensure delivery on the requested date.

Deliveries to Hospitals and Hotels:

Orders for hospital, hotel or business addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases are delivered as requested, Include the name and phone number of the hospital, hotel or company on the order.

In the case of hospitals, We will also need the hospital room number and the recipient's room number.

P S Flowers & Gifts LLC will ship the bouquet in accordance with the facility's procedures and will not accept any responsibility in cases where these procedures prevent the delivery from being carried out correctly.

However, the staff of the local florist will always try to ensure that the order reaches the recipient.

Please note that many hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver bouquets to individual rooms, and flowers are not allowed in most emergency rooms.

Return policy

We appreciate our customers and value your business and want to assure you that we are committed to being at the forefront of our product and service and ensuring that we do everything in our power to meet your expectations.

Below are conditions that are beyond our control and cancellations in such situations may or may not guarantee full, partial or any refund.

1. Cancellation on an order for same day or next day delivery after it has been processed for delivery:

  • Non-Perishable: Re-stocking charges of $100% will apply in case of cancellation for orders with same day or next day delivery requirement.
  • Perishable: In the case of perishable products such as flowers, fruit baskets, balloons, cakes and candy / candy bouquets; the full cost of the product will have to be charged as these items cannot be restocked. Delivery fees will be refunded if the item has not left for delivery. If the product was purchased in our physical store the customer will be able to make a return for non satisfaction or bad condition in a period not exceeding 24 hours.

Customized products:

  • If customization is not done, a restocking fee of USD $25 will be applied.
  • If customization is done, the total cost of the product will have to be charged. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • 2. Incorrect address:
    An order cannot be returned in case of incorrect or incomplete delivery address information.
  • 3. Items not charged at the Hospital, Schools, Dormitories and Hotels:
    Deliveries are made at the receiving counter of the Hospital, Schools, Dormitories and Hotels. Internally these institutions have their own process for delivering or picking up items. The order cannot be returned if the items are not collected or the parish at this receiving facility.
  • 4. Refusal or rejection:
    In the event that the recipient refuses to take delivery.
  • Perishable: Reimbursement cannot be issued as perishable items cannot be restocked.
  • Non-Perishable: Delivery and return will be charged and the remaining value of the order will be refunded.

Caution: You are advised not to accept delivery in case the package is damaged or you no longer wish to receive the item.

5. Notificación retrasada:
In the case of perishable items cancellation / return / refund must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
For all other items, cancellation/return/refund must be initiated within 7 days.

Reimbursement Processing:

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take some time for the credit to appear on your account.
  • A PayPal refund can be seen immediately in your PayPal account.
  • With most major banks you can expect the credit to appear on your statement within 3-5 business days. With certain banks, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
  • Once credit is issued, we have no control over the funds and cannot speed up or stop the process. It is completely up to your bank as to how they are able to process the credit.
